Mary Kay Wiese

Mary Kay (Mains) Wiese entered her heavenly life on October 27, 2015.

Mary was born on February 26, 1949 in Marshalltown, Iowa to Raymond G. and Irene I. (Stegall) Mains (most recently Irene Mϋller). She graduated from Spencer High School in 1967. She married her lifetime love, Ronald Wiese on January 30, 1967 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Ron and Mary started their married life in Hartley, Iowa and then moved back to Marshalltown, Iowa. They moved to Madison, Wisconsin in 1984 for a short time and then to Friendship, Wisconsin. In 1994, they moved to McKinney, Texas. Mary worked various jobs but her main focus was being a homemaker. She loved to sew, crochet & knit beautiful gifts for her family and friends. Most importantly, Mary was an amazing mom and grandma. She lived her life loving God, Ron, her children, grandchildren and her children's friends. She welcomed many kids into her home over the years, feeding them meals and giving them a comfortable place to stay.

Mary is survived by her loving husband, Ron, of 48 years. They spent a beautiful and loving life together. They shared a relationship that most would love to experience. He cherished her every day of her life! She is also survived by her six children; Matthew Wiese of McKinney, TX, Angela Wiese of McKinney, TX, Walter Wiese of McKinney, TX, Samuel Wiese of Anna, TX, Heidi Wiese of McKinney, TX and Katy Wiese of Mansfield, TX. She is also survived by her pride and joy grandchildren; Nicholas, Maxwell (Meredith), Madison and Haley Wiese of McKinney, TX, Gabriella and Benjamin Wiese of McKinney, TX and Paxton Johnston of Mansfield, TX. She also has a new, great grandson, Miles Wiese of McKinney, TX. She was also survived by her siblings; Raymond "Butch" (Dawn) Mains of Kihei, HI, Christine (James) Garten of Lenexa, KS, William "Bill" (Mary Lynn) Mains of Yankton, SD, Rebecca (Craig) Coughlin of Westminster, CO and Carol (John) Border of Brighton, CO, her Aunt, Arla (Stegall) Selk, many special nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Mary is preceded in death by her grandparents, parents and her cousin, Ellen Sue Stegall, her niece, Jennifer Rook, her daughter in love, Debbie Wiese and her great nephew, Baby Zachary Mains.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th at 1:30pm at First United Methodist Church 315 N. Church St. McKinney, Texas.

Memorials may be made in her name to American Cancer Society, Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America or to her family.
