Mary Carrolyn Hall

Mary Carrolyn (Estes) Hall, 74, passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2019 in her home in Longview, Texas that she shared with her loving husband of 38 years, Dan Hall, Sr. Carrolyn was born on June 27, 1944 in Dallas, Texas to parents Mary Elizabeth (Duke) Estes and Murry Walter Estes Sr.

Carrolyn, also lovingly called Granny, was a beautiful person inside and out. She was an avid football fan and loved watching her Dallas Cowboys. Her pride and joy was her children and grandchildren. She was always so proud of her family and loved spending time with them. Carrolyn was also a successful business woman that included ownership of Miracle Ear Hearing Center.

Carrolyn is preceded in death by her parents Mary and Murry Estes; brother, Walt Estes Jr; son, Todd Davis and grandson, Nick Davis. She is survived by her husband, Dan Hall; daughter, Tina Estes and husband Bubba Estes; son, Ty Davis and Tammy Smith; daughter- in-law, Cindy Davis; sister, Jerry Hebert; grandchildren; Heather & Jimmy Troy, Thomas & Britnay Marks, Ben & Megan Davis, Garrett & Brittney Smith, Justin & Mandee Davis, Kaylyn & Christian Cruickshank, Haley Wheeler. She was also survived by 11 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation of family and friends will be held Thursday, March 7, 2019 from 6-8 pm at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home located at 2925 E. 5th Street, Sachse, TX 75048.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 8, 2019 at 10:00 am at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home with interment to follow at The Sachse Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Ben Davis, Garrett Smith, Justin Davis, Jimmy Troy, James Troy, Bubba Estes.

Services entrusted to Charles W. Smith & Sons, Sachse, Texas.
