Martha Bell Langford

Marth Bell Langford was born May 4, 1941 in Lane, Oklahoma to William and Allie Tucker. Martha went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on March 26, 2018 in McKinney, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents William andMarie Tucker, brothers Joe, Herschuel, Anna Lee and Mildred Tucker. She was the 5th child born out of 8 children.

She is survived by her husband James Langford, her brothers Sonny, Jimmy and Jerry, her children Deborah, Thomas and Cindy, Billy and Brooke, Sharon and Richard. She was blessed with 11 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Martha moved to Mesquite, Texas when she was 16 years old. She worked for over 50 years in the electronics industry. She retired from Garrett Metal Detectors in Garland, Texas.

She enjoyed her time with family. She loved arts and crafts. She loved to SHOP and get her nails done. She loved her church family at Cornerstone Baptist Church and she was saved and baptized in 2008. She loved beans and Southern smothered fried potatoes. She always looked forward to the summer vacations at Lake Texoma. She enjoyed spending time with the family at family reunions. She loved taking trips down to her eldest son’s home in Texoma and collecting red rocks from the lake to build her flower gardens. She loved sitting around with family to drink her sweet tea. She loved greatly and was greatly loved.
