Margaret Martin

Margaret Martin, age 89 of Sachse, Texas, passed away February 26, 2018 in Richardson, Texas. She was born on April 12, 1928 in Putzbrunn, Germany to Georg and Rosalia (Riedmaier) Weber. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Wylie. She was a life member of Gold Star Wives of America and DAV Auxiliary.

Margaret is survived by her sons, Steve Martin and wife Shari, and George Martin and wife Teresa, and Son-in Law Mike Aradia Jr. 1 sister; Elfriede Eckert. Grandchildren: Chris, Sean, Mike III, Leslie, Kelsey and Mackensie. Great-grandchildren: Courtney, Brittany, Holly, Jacob, Chris, Emrie, Raegan, Jordyn, Grayson, Brighlyn, Brooklyn, Mike IV, Jaxon, Emma and Jordan. She was preceded in death by her husband Murrell and daughter Margaret Rose Aradia.

A visitation will be held Thursday March 1, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Charles W. Smith and Sons Funeral Home located at 2925 5th Street, Sachse TX 75048.

A service will be held at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church located at 404 N. Ballard in Wylie, TX 75098 Friday March 2, 2018 at 10:00 AM.

Interment at 2:00 PM Friday March 2, 2018 at Moore Memorial Gardens located at 1219 N. Davis Drive Arlington, TX 76012.
