Manuel Erwin Rodriguez, 41, went home to be with Jesus on Sunday, May 10, 2020 in Celina TX. Manuel was born on December 3, 1978 in the small town of Teziutlan in Mexico to Elizabeth Schreiner and Manuel Rodriguez. He was the youngest of three children. He was married to Caroline Penninck.
Erwin had an Industrial Engineering degree from Florida State University. He was an excellent student who got straight A's throughout his schooling years.
He was a great athlete, playing soccer, lifting weights, scuba diving, swimming, and also enjoyed watching football and soccer.
Erwin had a big impact on the life of every person he touched with his big heart and warm, beautiful smile. Erwin was a wonderful sweet boy from the time he was born. He was caring, he was kind, he was funny, and he was selfless and generous. He was specially a gentleman that treated others with respect and was full of love for his mom, dad, sisters, wife, his step-son and nephews and nieces. He was a man with a great love for his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Erwin will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends.
Due to Covid19 there will be a private service for the immediate family only.
