Lorraine Bell

Lorraine Bell, loving mother and grandmother, 82 of McKinney, TX passed away April 22, 2014. Lorraine was born March 28, 1932 in Majestic, KY. She lived in many places along the way, picking North Texas to call home for the last 15yrs. She is survived by her children; Bonnie Shumaker, Balitmore Md, Rick and Angie Bell of Princeton, Tx, Robert and Sherry Bell of Denver Co. and Rafe Bell and Dianna Lubben of Allen, Tx. Grandchildren; Jessica Bell of Dallas Tx, Jennifer Bell of Princeton, TX and Jason Bell of Plano, TX ,Tammi and Amanda Shumaker of Baltimore, MD, Nikki and Jaymee Lubben of Allen, TX, Great grandchildren Grayson and Emma and many friends she counted as family.
She spent many working years in food service and loved the fact this would allow her to meet so many great and different people along her life's journey. Her down time was spent being a Mom and homemaker, if that meant a 2 day camping trip or Sunday afternoon movie she loved spending time with family. She like to bowl and dancing of all types.
A service to celebrate Lorraine's life will be May 1, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Charles W Smith and Sons Funeral Home Chapel in McKinney, TX. Family and friends will gather at 110 Windsong Way in Allen, TX following the service.
