Lois Evelyn Snowden

Lois Evelyn (Reno) Snowden, "Lo", as she preferred to be called, was born on September 11, 1929 in Wichita, Kansas. She passed away at her home surrounded by her family on August 11, 2013. She was 83 years old.
Lo was preceded in death by her husband, Laverne William Snowden, Major USAF(R). She is survived by her four children, Leslie, William, Kimerly and Holly; her grandchildren, Amanda, Courtney, Benjamin, Rachel, Michael and David; and her great grandchildren, Jaiden, Brianna and Conner. Her extended family includes Sira, Jeff, Krista, Braden and many others who lovingly called her G-ma.
Lo will be missed dearly, yet her memories of our time together are deeply rooted and will live on forever.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 14, at 2:00 p.m. at Pecan Grove Cemetery, 1700 McDonald Street, McKinney, Texas 75069. Services are being arranged by Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home in McKinney.
