Linda Stone, 52, passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene TX.
Born in Dallas, TX on June 9th 1963, she was the daughter of R.C. Johnson and Frances Toland Nail. She graduated from Wilburton High school on May 18th 1982. She was the wife of James Stone Jr, married on May 20th 1989 and was employed by The Auto Shop in Plano as a bookkeeper. Linda was a member of numerous organizations such as: The Humane Society, Ladies Auxiliary to the VFW, Human Resource Management.
She enjoyed spending time with her pets, family and friends, riding her motorcycle, and scouring Estate sales for great "finds". She will be remembered for her-No holds barred opinions, fierce protection of family and friends, a big heart and never-ending willingness to help anyone or anything.

Mother-in-law-Betty Buzbee
Siblings-Vicki Robbins, Kelly Johnson and his wife Nancy, Terry Garza and her husband John, and Tarius Coleman

Son-Josh Stone and his wife Kelly
Niece- Tuesday Wooton and her husband Eric, Cori Welborn, Audree Johnson, Azaria Coleman, and Madisyn Coleman
Nephew-Sam Gaul, Rodney Welborn , Zachary Garza, TJ Coleman, and Kameron Coleman
Grandsons-Devan and Patrick Stone
Great nephews- David, Caleb and Alex Wooton, and Waylon Welborn
And numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

The memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 27 at 11:00 am at Meyers Event Center, in The Landing, 7117 County Road 166, McKinney, TX. 75071. Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to your local no kill shelter to your local No Kill Shelter.
