Linda Sue Murley

Linda Sue Murley, age 70 of McKinney, Texas, passed away on October 25, 2017. She was born on December 16, 1946 in Greenville, Texas to Harold Buford and Francis (Weatherly) Beane. Linda married Melvin Murley on June 16, 1966 in McKinney, Texas. She worked for Haggar Slacks and Kel-Lea Mfg., both in McKinney, and she was of the Christian faith. Linda was a quiet, yet sweet and friendly person, and she had a beautiful, kind soul. Her family and friends will miss her dearly, but they will always have their memories to keep her close to their hearts.

Linda is survived by her husband of 51 years, Melvin Murley; one daughter, Teresa Corrie and husband, Bill; her mother, Francis Beane; one granddaughter, Grace Corrie; one sister, Pat Britton; two brothers, Billy Ray Beane and wife, Cathy, and John Beane; four nieces and nephews, Lisa Suges, Rodney Britton, Wendy Wilson, and Michael Beane. She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Buford Beane, and one brother, James Beane.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 27, 2017 at Melissa Cemetery, Melissa, Texas, with Pastor Duane Crane officiating.
