Linda Ann Haddox was born in Dallas, Texas on April 15, 1960 to Wanda Jones Haddox and Edward Hulen Haddox. She went to heaven the day after Easter, a glorious Spring day.
Linda was a much beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a sister, aunt and friend to many. She loved life and she loved people. She enjoyed spending time with her family and particularly enjoyed playing bingo and watching the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. She also immensely enjoyed family trips to Destin and each opportunity to watch sunrises over the Gulf.
Linda was fond of her co-workers at Blue Cross and Blue Shield. She and her co-workers were active participants in many charitable activities, including the Wildflower Festival. Linda enjoyed the opportunity to participate in such activities with her co-workers and enjoyed the numerous other fun outings they had.
Linda was a member of First Baptist Church in Garland and loved the members of her Sunday School class, whom she cherished and spoke of often.
In addition to countless extended family members and dear friends, Linda is survived by her daughters, Diane Wiseman and Christina Purcella, whom she shared with the love of her life, Curtiss Gonzales. Also surviving her are her sons-in-law Shawn Wiseman and Larry Purcella and her beloved grandchildren Austin Eldred and Ciara, Faith, and Tristin Wiseman, Jasmine, Haley and Kayla Lederman, Jesse, Ashten, and Ashley Purcella and her great grandchildren Kingston and Naomi. She is also survived by her brother, Bob, whom she adored, together with his wife Karen and their children, Lauren and Mark.
