Lewis V. Hampton, Jr. (Turp), 79, passed away November 28, 2012. He was born in Bennington, Oklahoma to Lewis and Mary Hampton. He is survived by his wife Lu Hampton, daughter Sheila, son-in-law John, grand children Trevor, Evan and Kelly, and 4 brothers and sisters.
Lewis worked for the City of Dallas for over 30 years. He enjoyed attending his grand kids activities, playing poker with friends, listening to country music and spending time with his bride of 54 years.
Memorial service will be held at 2:00p.m., December 8, 2012 at Eastgate Funeral Home in Garland.
