Laura Jeanette Glidewell

Jeanette Walker Glidewell, 57, of St. Paul, Texas, passed away in her sleep on September 4, 2014 at her home.

Jeanette was born on May 7th 1957 at Hillcrest Memorial Hospital in Waco Texas. Her parents are Reverend Bobby James Walker and Catherine Rue Walker. Her siblings are James Walker and Beverly Walker Martin.
She was married to Bradley Glidewell on June 12, 2004.

She worked for McGannon Showrooms as CFO. She was with McGannon's since 1997 and brought many more years of furniture and banking administrative experience with her. While her main focus was on the accounting and administrative end of the business, she enjoyed working on the tech side of things as well as having a creative outlet.

She loved her family and spent most of her energy demonstrating that love at every opportunity.
She loved the Lord and we know she is with Him now. We look forward to the day we will be reunited with her and all our other family who have passed on.

Jeanette is survived by, her husband Bradley Glidewell; her siblings James Walker and Beverly Walker Martin; her Children Rachel Glidewell Day, Bobby Webb and Laura Webb Hunter; her Grandchildren Sierra Day, David Day, Cameron Hunter, Audrey Webb, Mateo Hunter and Hailey Webb; her Parents Reverend Bobby James Walker and Catherine Rue Walker; and
Nephews and Nieces Laura Coker, Cathy Walker, Stephanie Gardner, Casey Atterbury and Lee Congdon.

The Memorial Service will be held at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 2925 Fifth Street, Sachse, Texas 75048 on September 13, 2014 at 12:00pm.

The family wishes that in lieu of flowers, contributions should be made to First Baptist Wylie. All donations specify the gift is made in the memory of Jeanette and made to the attention of Carla Cooper, 100 N. First Street, Wylie, Tx. 75098. Donors will receive a contribution statement at the end of the year reflecting their tax deductible gift. All gifts will be considered a budget contribution unless noted otherwise.
