Larry Dale Burdick, age 66, passed away peacefully in Richardson, Texas on October 24, 2014. Larry was born on July 27, 1948 in Clay Center, Kansas to the parents of Hugh and Delores Burdick.
Larry was always a hard worker, starting his first job at age 8. He loved woodworking, but was happy doing anything that challenged him mentally and physically. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and always looked forward to gatherings. He loved taking road trips and really enjoyed going to casinos. He used his "system" for gambling that "ensured a win" on the Roulette wheel or the Mini Baccarat table.
He was loved and will be missed by many.
Larry is preceded in death by both of his parents.
Larry is survived by his daughter, Carrie Wood; daughter, Kellye Kypuros; brother, Brian Burdick; brother Alan Burdick; sister Karen Burdick; grandchildren, Lauren, Sharon, Dakota and D'Laina; and his great-grandchildren, Hunter and Cooper.
