Lae Fong Chong

Lae Fong Chong, age 47 of McKinney, Texas, passed away on January 29, 2018 in McKinney. She was born on February 24, 1970 in Cambodia. She worked as a title examiner for Bank of America and Countrywide and was a member of the Buddhist faith. Lae loved to travel and always dreamed of going to Hawaii. She loved cooking, watching movies, and spending time with her children. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Lae is survived by her boyfriend, Nhat "Peter" Nguyen; two sons, Kevin Nguyen and Colin Nguyen; friends, Thanh Nguyen, No Ha, Binh Nguyen, Tin Nguyen, Nam Nguyen, Tommy Nguyen, Bridgett Evans, Kim Nguyen, Kim Roddrigues, Thao Nguyen, Lorena Wells, Oanh Nguyen, and Nhung Dinh; brother, Hok Chong; sister, Ly Chong; brother-in-law, Song Taing; two nieces, Kelly Taing and EmilyTaing; and one nephew, Jason Taing.A witness cremation is scheduled for Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Metro Mortuary and Crematory, 6804 TX-78, Sachse, TX 75048.The family has requested no flowers be sent.
