Kenneth Whittle, 76, of Princeton, Texas passed away on January 8, 2019. He was born December 7, 1942 in Mount Pleasant, Texas to Charlie and Bernice Whittle.

Kenneth and Peggy were married for 46 years, and raised their 3 sons in Princeton. Kenneth managed Princeton Food Mart and David's from 1974 to 2010. He was also an ordained Baptist Minister. Kenneth married Willie "Pearl" on March 24, 2012, and together they enjoyed retirement and time with their ever-growing family.

Kenneth is survived by his wife of the home, Pearl Whittle; sons, Kenny Whittle, Ricky Whittle, and Matthew Whittle; siblings, Janice (Robert) Cox, Randy Whittle, and Ronnie (Delane) Whittle; sister-in-law, Helen Whittle; grandchildren, Levy Aaron (Crystal) Womble, Sarah (Brenden) Lord, Hannah Whittle and fiancé Austin Bell, Ryan Whittle, Holly Whittle; step-children, Pamela Billy, Johnny Lee Rogers, Angela (Michael) Armstrong, Donna Anderson, Stephanie (Ken) Bollier, Tammy (Steven) Bollier, and Darrin Rogers, step-grandchildren, Tara, Shannon, Brandy, Allan, Pamela, Timothy, John, Joanie, Aubrey, Jeffrey, Brandon, Lacrisha, Ladonna, Brent Jr., Jenny, Greg, Kenny, Clint, Steven, Kevin, Darrin Jr., Chris, and Tiffany, as well as numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors, and friends.

Kenneth is preceded by his parents; first wife, Peggy Whittle; siblings, Marquita Betts and Larry Whittle; brothers-in-law, Roy Betts and James Young.

There will be a visitation for Kenneth from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday January 10, 2019, at Charles W. Smith & Sons Princeton Chapel, 660 E. Hwy 380, Princeton, Tx 75407. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday January 11, 2019, at Charles W. Smith & Sons Princeton Chapel. Graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday January 12, 2019, at Nevills Chapel Cemetery, NE 8, Mount Pleasant, Tx 75455. Brother Ronnie Whittle and Brother Kelly Montgomery presiding.
