Kaylee Renee Morris

Kaylee Renee Morris lived life with us on the southside of heaven for just 22 precious years. She left this world suddenly, and headed to her forever home on the morning of December 15, 2022.

Kaylee was born on November 17, 2000 to Kimberly and David Morris in Plano, Texas, becoming the beloved little sister to Ashlynn.  Kaylee spent the majority of her school years growing up in McKinney and Prosper surrounded by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who cherished her contagious laugh and adventurous spirit.  

Kaylee loved to travel just about anywhere, and yet her happy place was at the beach. It’s where she said she felt most at peace. And, to say Kaylee loved music would be a huge understatement. She enjoyed attending concerts with friends and family and appreciated a range of music that spans decades and genres. Just two months ago, along with her mom and sister, Kaylee saw Elton John for his last concert in Texas. She also saw the Eagles with her mom. A precious memory for her last concert. 

During high school, Kaylee worked with The Frisco Roughriders baseball organization serving on the cheer team. She loved working with her team and would tell friends and family it was definitely her favorite job of all. 

Kaylee enrolled in college classes and most recently was making plans to become an aesthetician. This was no surprise to those who knew her because she was equally as beautiful on the outside and she was on the inside.

While Kaylee leaves us for now, she joins the precious souls of those who went before her:  grandmother Carol Hall Tittle, grandmother Barbara Morris, great uncle Stephen Ray Tittle, great uncle David Glenn Hall, aunt Angela Morris Schaffer, uncle Matthew Jay Tittle, great aunt Sandra Lea Hall, and cousin Danon Lynn Hall. She is survived by her mother, Kimberly Tittle Morris; father, David Morris; sister Ashlynn Langston and husband Travis; grandfather James Morris; grandfather Ronald Tittle; aunt Nichole Davies and husband Sean; aunt Megan Graves and husband Chris; aunt Sarah Tittle; aunt Laurie Morris; great aunt Ronna Hurd, and numerous young cousins.

A celebration of life will be held at Bella Donna Chapel on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. with a reception to follow. In remembrance of Kaylee and her passion for PTSD advocacy and support for victims of sexual assault, we ask that donations be directed toward Texas Association Against Sexual Assault (TAASA), an organization dedicated to serving survivors of sexual violence in the state of Texas. 

Throughout her life, Kaylee held many titles. She was a daughter and a sister. She was a granddaughter, a niece, a cousin, a friend, and a co-worker. And, she was a grateful follower of Jesus. Indeed, one of her most recent journal entries included how thankful she was for Him.
