Kadin Tyler Woolfolk , age 19, passed away Saturday, October 23, 2021 in Plano, Texas. Born on March 6, 2002 in Nashville, Tennessee, he had a life that was cut short by a tragic accident.
To those who do not know Kadin, he appeared quiet and shy, and maybe even a little misunderstood. But to those who truly knew him, he was kind, humble, & highly intelligent. He was selfless and gave to anyone in need. He was an amazing swimmer with Olympic style talent. Kadin had no enemies and there were no bad things to say about him.
He enjoyed playing video games with his little brother Yanell aka Jr. As well as spending his free time hanging out with his sister Alicia and his best friends Sessy Anguiano and Edgar Gomez. He was also a proud uncle and had really bonded with his 8-month-old niece, Maria. Kadin and his granny Sheila had a love that never wavered. They shared daily phone calls making sure each other were okay. They spent many memorable moments together. They were each others #1 fans.
An unknown talent Kadin possessed was the gift of music. To those close to him, the gift of music. To those close to him, he would share his love of free style and rap. He had an amazing ability to produce lyrics and flow on the spot. He also spent a lot of time writing songs and lyrics. To sum it up, Kadin was a beautiful, talented soul and his short time on Earth will be cherished.
Kadin is survived by his mother Maria Edinger of McKinney, Texas and his father, Joshua Woolfolk of Nashville, Tennessee; his siblings, Alicia Samayoa and Yanell Sanchez; niece, Maria Samayoa; grandparents, Sheila Woolfolk of Nashville, Tennessee, and Ronald & Ernell Edinger of Troy, Missouri; uncles, Eric (Sarah) Edinger of Troy, Missouri, Gregory (Kelly) Edinger of Troy, Missouri; aunts, Karla (Bryan) Thomas of Troy, Missouri, Kim (Steve) North of Troy, Missouri, Trisha (Rick) Moreland of Lewisburg, Tennessee; and many cousins and extended family.
Pallbearers will be Patrick Woolfolk, Secilia Anguiano, Sergio Gomez, Alex Perkins, Edgar Gomez, and Marlon Sanchez.
A visitation will be held at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home in McKinney, Texas from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, October 28, 2021.
A funeral service for Kadin will be held at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home in McKinney, Texas at 12:00 PM on Friday, October 29, 2021.
Following the funeral service, Kadin will be interred at Pecan Grove Cemetery in McKinney, Texas.
Kadin was a faithful child of God and had been baptized. He is now in the hands of our heavenly father whom Kadin loved dearly.
