Judith Joanne Tripp

Judith Joanne Tripp, of McKinney, Texas, died in her home June 21, 2012. She was born in Torrington, Ct. July 28, 1939. Judi graduated from Housatonic Valley Regional High School. She married Edward James Tripp on August 24, 1957. They worked together on many successful business ventures throughout their marriage. She is survived by her husband, Edward James Tripp, her son Randall Edward Tripp (Michelle) of Blue Ridge, Texas, her daughters Terry James (Glenn) of Leonard, Texas, Stacy Hobbs (Robert) of McKinney, Texas and Wendy Dabrusin (Marc) of Cedar Park, Texas, 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. The family received visitors on Friday, June 22, from 6:00-8:00 o’clock at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home, McKinney. A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 23, at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment took place at the Burn Cemetery in Trenton, Texas immediately following.
