He is survived by his wife of 66 years Maria L Rangel; Daughters; Carmen Alexander of Plano, Texas, Severa Alexander of Corinth, Texas, Deloris Carr of Lucas Texas; Sons; Alfredo Rangel and wife Maria of Celina, Texas, Juan Rangel Jr. and wife Leticia of San Antonio, Texas. 9 Grandchildren Mary, Robert, Crystal, Alfredo Jr., Monica, Alicia, Sara, Diana, Jesse. 9 Great Grandchildren; Gus, Brandon, Mia, Alex, Olivia, Lorenzo,Lily, Trinity, David. Several family members in Brownsville, Texas, Littlefield, Texas, and Chicago, Il.
He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Erlinda Rangel and grandsons Matthew Carr and Juan Rangel III.
