Joyce was preceded in death by her parents Avery Joe and Lily Mae Croy Jarrell. She is survived by three daughters: Becky Fox, Joy Miller and Crystal Reimer; Three sons: Brian Fox, Dean and Bubba Reimer; Four grandchildren: Robyn Reimer, Justin, Jessica and Dylan; Seven great-grandchildren: Jeffery, Brennan, Blake, Shaylan, Brighling, Destiny and Dayton.
Joyce retired from Safeway after 18 years of service. She was a member of the "Red Hatters" and the 45 Plus Club.
