Le sobreviven su Esposa Celina Lopez e hijos Jorgito y Aly Parra. Sus padres Esteban Parra y Berta Quezada. Sus hermanos Maria Concepcion e Israel Frias, Rosa Parra, Berta Cecilia y Mario Ronquillo, Nora Parra, Maritza y Gilberto Aguilar y Fernando Parra. Su suegra Lazara Lopez, hermanos Alma y Rafael Trevizo, Raul y Carmen Lopez, Olga Lopez, Joel y Victoria Lopez, Laura Lopez y Octavio Melendez. Adorados primos, sobrinos, y ahijados.
Originario de Santa Bárbara de Tutuaca, se trasladó a DFW en 1989, graduándose de North Dallas High School.
Amplió su educación, asistiendo al Lincoln Tech en Dallas, Tx mostrando su compromiso con el crecimiento personal y la excelencia. Pero los mayores logros de Jorge no fueron solo académicos; fueron los lazos que formó con su familia. En 1990, se enamoró, y en 1997, se casó con el amor de su vida, Celina López. Juntos, fueron bendecidos con dos hermosos hijos, Jorge Xavier y Alyson Nicole Parra, quienes se convirtieron en el centro del universo de Jorge.
Fundador de su empresa, Texas Roof Tech & Construction en 1999 and Parra 4 Transport en 2021, Jorge siempre distinguiéndose por la excelencia en su trabajo y la especial satisfacción de sus clientes. No solo fue un gran empresario sino un gran hombre de familia. Era un tío que abrazó su papel con los brazos abiertos. Sus muchos sobrinos y sobrinas no eran simplemente parientes; eran individuos queridos que sentían el calor de su amor y la atención especial que les brindaba a cada uno.
Una de las mayores pasiones de Jorge era su conexión con los animales. Un verdadero encantador de caballos, se sumergió en los deportes con animales, pasando innumerables horas con sus gallos en su adorado rancho.
Jorge siempre será recordado por su amabilidad, generosidad y dedicación inquebrantable tanto a su devoción y amor a su familia, su fe y como a su trabajo, su sentido del humor y habilidades artísticas y culinarias excepcionales, dejando tras de sí un legado de alegría y amor.

He is survived by his wife Celina Lopez and children Jorgito and Aly Parra. His parents Esteban Parra and Berta Quezada. His siblings Maria Concepcion and Israel Frias, Rosa Parra, Berta Cecilia and Mario Ronquillo, Nora Parra, Maritza and Gilberto Aguilar, and Fernando Parra. His mother-in-law Lazara Lopez, siblings Alma and Rafael Trevizo, Raul and Carmen Lopez, Olga Lopez, Joel and Victoria Lopez, Laura Lopez, and Octavio Melendez. Adored cousins, nephews, and godchildren.

However, Jorge's greatest achievements were not only academic; they were the bonds he formed with his family. In 1990, he fell in love, and in 1997, he married the love of his life, Celina López. Together, they were blessed with two beautiful children, Jorge Xavier and Alyson Nicole Parra, who became the center of Jorge's universe.
Founder of his companies, Texas Roof Tech & Construction in 1999, and Parra 4 Transport in 2021, Jorge always stood out for excellence in his work and the special satisfaction of his clients. He was not only a great businessman but also a great family man. He was an uncle who embraced his role with open arms. His many nephews and nieces were not just relatives; they were cherished individuals who felt the warmth of his love and the special attention he gave to each one.
One of Jorge's greatest passions was his connection with animals. A true horse whisperer, he immersed himself in animal sports, spending countless hours with his roosters on his beloved ranch.
Jorge will always be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering dedication to his devotion and love for his family, his faith, and his work, his sense of humor, and exceptional artistic and culinary skills, leaving behind a legacy of joy and love.
May he rest in peace, knowing that his light will continue to shine through the memories and lives he touched along the way.
