John Dannis "Dan" Gabe was born December 18, 1952, and left this world on March 3, 2012. Dan leaves behind his parents, John and Quinta Gabe, his sister and brother-in-law Robyn and Rob Volpe, his brother and sister-in-law Paul and Kelly Gabe, 5 nieces and one nephew, Rebekah Lee, MacKenzie Gabe, Mallorie Gabe, Madeline Gabe, Macaulie Gabe and David Sanders.
Quick with a smile and full of love for his family and friends, Dan’s presence will be greatly missed.
His family invites you to celebrate his life at a memorial service in his honor on Sunday, March 11, 2012 at 2:00 pm in the Morgan Chapel of Orchard Hills Baptist Church, 3001 Saturn Rd., Garland, TX. As a Viet Nam veteran Dan will be inurned at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery at a date to be determined.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Orchard Hills Baptist Church.
