John Earl Charles, 77, of Broken Arrow, OK, died August 15, 2015. He was born, April 4, 1938, in Honey Grove, TX.
He is survived by his wife, Eugenia, daughters, Kristen Charles of Tyler, TX. and Jennifer Jordan and son-in-law Chris, of Peachtree Corners, GA; Grandchildren, Savannah, Nehemiah, Mordecai. Hadassah, Deborah, Barnabas, Jeremiah, Priscilla, Thaddaeus and Abigail; Brothers, Mackey Charles, Paris TX, and Billy Charles, Houston, TX.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Mary Charles, brothers, R.M. Charles, Harry Charles and Charlie Charles. John was also preceded in death by two wives, Loretha and Jan whom he lovingly cared for through their fight with cancer.
John took early retirement from U.S. Steel and went to work at Arrow Metals Fabrication, Garland, TX.
Hobbies were wood working, fishing, gardening, golf and billiards at the Sr. Center.
John faithfully attended church and was involved where there was a need.
