He is survived by:
Daughter: Angela Dynice Howard of McKinney, Texas; Son: John Allen Burnett of The Woodlands, Texas; Daughter: Heather Colleen Burnett of Corsicana, Texas; 5 Grandchildren; Brother: Lewis Gene Burnett of San Angelo, Texas; Sister: Elizabeth Jane Rohrer of Decatur, Texas.
He was preceded in death by: Son: James "Jimmy" Lewis Burnett; Brother: H. Perry Burnett and Brother James Burnett.
Services will be held Monday, November 5, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 601 S. Tennessee Street, McKinney, Texas. Buddy Payne officiated.
