Jesus Acuna Garcia

Jesus Acuna Garcia, 84, of Princeton, Texas, passed away on November 9, 2013 in McKinney, Texas. He was born December 24, 1928 in Sinton, Texas, to Manuel and Josefa Acuna Garcia. He worked for the Plano I.S.D. in grounds maintenance. He is survived by his wife Amalia Garcia; daughter Diana (Benny) Williamson; sons Jessie (Linda) Garcia, Alfonso (Esmeralda) Garcia and Eddie Garcia; nine grandchildren ; nine great-grandchildren; brothers Fernando Garcia, Jose Garcia and Manuel Garcia; sisters Theresa Pena and Aurora Vega. A visitation and Rosary will be held on Friday, November 15, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home. The funeral service will be on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Charles W. Smith & Sons. Burial will follow in Princeton Cemetery in Princeton, Texas. Father Sidney Little will officiate. Serving as pallbearers will be Adam Garcia, Michael Garcia, Ryan Garcia, Dillion Flores, Benny Williamson, Mikel Crawford.
