Jessica McKenzie Bailey

Jessica was born February 10, 1990 in Plano, Texas. She lived in Richardson and Caddo Mills. Jessica held an Associates in Science Degree as her prerequisites in Nursing. She was planning on returning to TWU in December to finish her degree in nursing.

Jessica was very much into fitness, weight lifting and was a personal trainer. Jess also loved music of all kinds. She was a beautiful flautist and she played for years but anyone who knew her knew that Tool was her absolute favorite! Jessica was very intelligent and loved to journal. She also had a wicked sense of humor and a compassion for others.

Jessica's world revolved around her daughter McKenzie. She loved her so very much and was so very proud of the young lady she is becoming. Jessica will forever walk beside her.

Jessica loved her family and friends with all her heart and she was loved greatly in return.

We take comfort in knowing that she is finally at peace and with our Lord.

John 11:25 says, Jesus said to her "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die." Jessica knew Jesus. So, we look forward to the day when we reunite with her in the presence of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Julia & Jerry Patterson of Garland, Tx and Robert C. Bailey of Alton, IL.

Survived by her daughter McKenzie Binkley of Richardson, Tx., parents Robert Bailey of Richardson, Tx. and Kathy & Brian Reaves of Caddo Mills, Tx., brother Jacob Wofford of Greenville, Tx., Grandmother Dorothy Bailey of Alton, IL and Grandparents Greg & Pat Reaves of Benbrook, Tx. and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. @ the Charles W. Smith and Sons Funeral home Chapel in Lavon.
