Jerry Wayne Snow, of Nevada, Texas, passed away April 7, 2023. Born November 25, 1943, to Leo and Helen Snow in Denison Texas, he graduated from Denison High School in 1963 before moving to the Dallas area. He worked as a CNC machinist and tool & die maker for over 40 years, enjoyed fishing and guitar playing and was an accomplished pool/billiards player. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Jimmy Snow, son Jason Snow, and grandson Benjamin Rosenthal. “Snow”, as he was known by everyone, is survived by Sheri McGough Snow, his wife of 38 years. He leaves behind four sons. From a previous marriage: Michael Scott (and wife Danielle) Snow of Wylie, Texas, and Jerry DeWayne (and wife Bobbie) Snow of Randolph, Texas. Michael Anthony (and wife Stacey) Deleon of Blue Ridge, Texas and Jonathan Aaron DeLeon of Wylie, Texas became his sons when he married Sheri in 1984. He is also survived by a niece Amy Snow and a nephew Jimmy “Bubba” Snow. 

Papaw Snow loved his grandchildren: Amanda, Jason, Jeffery, Jed, Jackson, Edee, Emily, Devin, Christopher, Ben, Julia, Brandon, Brian, Victoria, and Lucas. He also has several great grandchildren.   

A Celebration of Life is planned for Saturday, May 6th, starting at 3:00 PM to be held at the Bear Creek Ranch, located at 1045 Bear Creek Ranch, Nevada, TX 75173.
