Jeff was born on August 15, 1964 in Greenville, Texas. He graduated from Bryan Adams High School in 1982.
He was the son of Gene Galloway and Frances Galloway. He is preceded in death by both of his parents; his grandparents, Chester and
Mattie Lou Galloway and Glen and Eulah Thacker. Also preceding him in death were his aunts, Nadine Brothers, Dean Herron, and Clara Miller; uncle, Phil Herron; cousins, Dwayne Herron and Jack Hayes.
He is survived by his sisters Terry Y'Barbo and husband, Johnny and Lisa Skinner and husband, Herb; nephew Aaron Gauntt; nieces Laura Perkins and husband, Mitch, Kristin Richey and husband, Morgan, Kimberly Hancock and husband, Kyle; great nieces Kenleigh and Khloe Perkins. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, numerous cousins, and many friends.
Jeff enjoyed cooking many favorite recipes and watching a treasured collection of old movies and recorded television sitcoms.
Following cremation, there will be a private memorial.
