Janice Kay Eoff was born December 11, 1946 in Tyler, Texas to the union of Albert L. Eubanks and Irma Dean (Prater) Eubanks. She attended public schools in Oklahoma City through High School. She met her husband, Robert M. (Bob) Eoff, in Dallas in 1972 and married on December 1, 1973 in Oklahoma City. They renewed their 30th anniversary wedding vows in December 2003 in Chappell Hill, Texas and took their first cruise. Janice and Bob were fond of cruises and trips to Branson, Missouri. Janice worked as a volunteer with lunch programs at various Christian schools to be near her children. She was a homemaker the past several years. She is survived by her husband, Bob, a brother Dale Eubanks, of Dallas, daughter- and son-in-law Jennifer and Eric Nelson of Lake Jackson, Texas, four grandsons Isaac, Caleb, Ethan and Jacob, son Alan Eoff of Fort Worth, mother-in-law, Willie Faye Eoff of Dallas and brother- and sister- in- law David and Martha Eoff and nephew Danny, along with several cousins. Janice and Bob have been active members of Prestonwood Baptist Church, North Campus, in Prosper. They have both been active in pro-life causes for several years. Special recognition is given to Dianna Nelson, who has been caregiver extraordinaire for Janice since January 2013. A visitation will take place on Sunday, March 30, 2014 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Charles W. Smith & Sons in Princeton at 660 E. Hwy 380, Princeton, Texas 75407. The funeral service will be Monday, March 31, 2014 at the funeral home in Princeton. Burial will follow immediately at Van Winkle Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Elijah Ministries, Waco, a pro-life organization, or Dianna Nelson, House of Jochebed, Whitewright.
