Jimmy was preceded in death by his father, James Weldon Spratt, Jr.
He is survived by his son, Bobby Spratt; daughter, Brandi Spratt; grandson, Aiden Arning; mother, Beckie Walker; sister, Shamayne Stallcup and her husband, Tommy; two brothers, Terry Stover and Michael Stover; and numerous other family members.
