James Billy Culpepper

James Culpepper (Bill), passed away peacefully on January 12, 2019. He was from Garland, Texas and worked for Betz Laboratory for 45 years before he retired.
He was in the army and served in the Korean War. He enjoyed spending time with his family, drinking his coffee in the morning outside on his porch, and he never met a stranger.
He is survived by his daughter, Teri Cabral (David Cabral), two granddaughters Brandi Featherston (Michael Featherston) and Jamie Bratcher (Jon Hammer), six great grandchildren; Ally Featherston, Haylee Featherston, Kaitlyn Cornell, Macy Featherston, Ace and Axel Hammer.
He is proceeded in death by his wife of 60 years Mary Culpepper, his parents James and Alta Gay Culpepper and his sister Francis Gay Frair.
