Jacqueline Michelle Pires Lewis, 43, of Dallas passed from this life on October 20, 2011.
Jacqueline, know by her family and friends as "Jackie" was born on March 21, 1968 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She came to the Dallas area with her family in 1980. Jackie attended South Garland High School. She enjoyed life to the fullest, singing, dancing, and spending time with her family. She was a beloved daughter, devoted mother, loving sister, dear aunt and special person to many other close family members and friends.
Jackie is survived by her mother Sharon Espiritu, her sons Michael Lewis and wife Chesley, Jason Lewis, her brothers Mike Pires and wife Stella, Greg Pires and wife Mechelle, her sister Jenny Pires, her nieces Lauren Pires, Arissa King, Talia Pires, Alexis Hamilton and nephews Dain King and his wife Allison and their son Matthew, Marcus Pires, Logan Pires and Landen Pires. She was preceded in death by her father Tony Pires.
The celebration of her life will be held on Friday, October 28th at Eastgate Funeral Home in Garland at 4pm. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Crime Victims Counsel of Dallas County in Jackie's name.
