Jacob Christopher Lopez, age 3 months, passed away March 28, 2016 in Garland, TX. He was born on December 26, 2015 in Dallas, TX to Christopher Renee Lopez and Vanessa Cevallos Chavez.

Jacob is survived by his parents, Christopher Lopez and Vanessa Chavez; brother, Jayden Chavez; sister, Sadie Daniels; grandparents, Luis & Lourdes Cervallos, Guillermo Lopez, Jr., Elizabeth Lopez, Osbaldo Chavez and Michele Chavez; great-grandparents, Maria Ortega, Antonia Lopez, Guillermo Lopez, Sr. and Evelia Garfias; aunts, Luisa Cevallos, Tania Rojas and Marissa Chavez; uncles, Michael Lopez, Jeremy Lopez and Dominic Ybarra.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Lakepointe Church – Mesquite Campus, 3540 Emporium Circle, Mesquite, TX 75150 with Pastor Jerry Minx officiating. Visitation will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, one hour prior to the service.
