Irene Denise Dufrene

Heaven gained Earth’s greatest treasure, Irene Denise Dufrene, on August 21, 2017, in Dallas, TX, at the age of 40.

Irene Dufrene is survived by her husband Taylor Dufrene, her parents Robert and Evelyn Gauci, her children Brennan, Hailey, and Caraline Dufrene, and her brothers Brian and Robby Gauci.

Irene was born in Metairie, LA on August 8, 1977 to Bob and Evelyn Gauci. She is a graduate of Northlake Christian High School in Covington, LA. She married her college sweetheart, Taylor Dufrene, on May 17, 1997. She and her husband have touched countless lives around the world through their ministry. Irene was an outstanding role model for women young and old. She was a woman of endless faith, student of the Word of God, and a passionate love for her savior Jesus Christ. She was an exemplary mother and wife. Most importantly, she demonstrated Christ’s love to all she came in contact with. Her light shined brightly upon the Earth.

We will be celebrating her life and homecoming on August 26, 2017 at 10am at Northplace Church at 2800 Pleasant Valley Rd, Sachse, TX 75048. Pastor Bryan Jarrett will officiate the ceremony.
