Howard Lucien Noel, Sr., 91, of McKinney, Texas passed away on May 27, 2011 in McKinney, Texas. He was born August 10, 1919 in Basdentown, West Virginia to Emory and Vicy Marcum Noel. He served in the U. S. Army and was a member of Melissa Church of God.
He is survived by:
Daughter: Anna Short of McKinney, Texas
Sons: Glen Noel of Plano, Texas
Howard Noel, Jr. of Princeton, Texas Rickey Noel of Stongsville, Ohio

He was preceded in death by his wife: Ruth Davidson Noel, parents, three brothers and one sister.
Visitation will be Monday, May 30, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home in McKinney, Texas
Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel.
Burial will be in Wilson Chapel Cemetery in Lowry Crossing, Texas. Rev. Kelly Montgomery will officiate.
