Helen Marjorie Rutledge

Helen Marjorie Rutledge, 88, of McKinney, Texas passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2014. She was born to her parents, Tazville and Ida May Calton on July 1, 1925 in Winnicoff, Texas. Helen is survived by her children Calvin and Pat Rutledge Linda (Billy) Wiggington, Joyce (Sal)Guadarrama, Teressa (Larry) Turner, Paul (Martha) Rutledge, Carla (John) Chandler, Chris (Mary) Rutledge and Jerry (Kerri) Rutledge; and lots of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and her little pet Scotty. She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Rutledge. Helen loved to read western romance novels, spend time with her children, the outdoors and wild country flowers. A visitation for Helen will take place Saturday, March 22, 2014 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home located at 601 S Tennessee Street, McKinney 75069. A graveside service will be at Fitzhugh Cemetery on Sunday, March 23, 2014 at 2:00 p.m.
