A life well lived.
He was preceded in death by his Parents Oscar and Etta, his wife Uneta Neighbors, his son Mark Neighbors and his sister Nancy Steward.
He is survived by his three brothers Kenneth, Steven and Rodney. His children Joni (Ronald), Michael (Sally), Mitchell (Brenda), Juli (Michael). His daughter-in-law Denna Neighbors. His 12 grandchildren David, Regina, Daniel, Thomas, Rebecca, Christina, Amanda, Ryan, Rachel, Christopher, Mallory, Brooke. His 9 great grandchildren Kaleb, Daisy, Kristopher, Jordan, Zoe, Kaleb N., Isabelle, Hailey, Raelynn.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Wounded Warriors (877-832-6997) or Veterans Affairs (214-742-8387).
There will be a visitation on Tuesday July 23, 2019 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm and a Celebration of Life for Mr. Neighbors at 2:00 pm at the Eastgate Funeral Home Chapel 1910 Eastgate Drive Garland, Texas 75041, Rev. Larry Davis will be officiating.
