Harlan Lynn Day

Harlan Lynn Day was born on October 24,1956 to the parentage of Dorothy Day " Blackshire and Tony Darnell. Harlan spent the majority of his Childhood in the Providence Community near Montalba, TX. Harlan graduated from Plano High School in 1974. His first job was with the Capital Wire and Cable in Plano, TX. Harlan had worked for the City of Garland for the past 13years until his untimely illness. Harlan accepted Jesus Christ in his life.

Harlan is preceded in death by his Mother, Father, Step-Father, and Nephew. Harlan leaves to cherish his memories; Special Friend Avis Johnson, Daughter Carolyn Day; Granddaughter Synea; Sisters Ouida Smith (Homer) - Dallas, Tx; Janice Wafer " Plano, Tx; Jerry Ervin (Matthew) " Plano, Tx Nieces Gale, Tanya, Tara, Tandra; Great Niece McKenley; Great Nephews Dante and Damon; and a host of other relatives and dear friends.

Visitation 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday November 20,2011,Eastgate Funeral Home.Graveside services 11:00 a.m.Monday November 21, 2011 at Restland Memorial Park.
