Halli Sparks

Halli Rebecca Sparks of Plano, Texas passed away on July 12, 2022. She was born in Dallas, Texas on August 27, 1990.
She is survived by her parents Roy and Ginger Sparks of McKinney, a sister Meghan of Rockwall and a sister Chelsea of McKinney.

Halli graduated from McKinney Boyd High School in 2008. In 2012, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Texas and in 2016 she received her Master of Science degree in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Growing up, Halli loved playing soccer and softball. What she loved most of all were the annual family trips to the beaches at Destin, Florida and Ft. Walton Beach. She spent most of her summer days in the pool with her sisters and friends. She really liked the challenge of playing Nancy Drew mystery games or playing games she made up along with her lifelong best friend Amanda Turner. Halli excelled in dancing and enjoyed being a member of a dance team that travelled to several cities in Texas and Florida for competitions. Halli is loved so much. It is devastating to have lost her so soon.

A funeral service will be held Friday, July 15th, at 3:00 p.m. with visitation starting at 2:00 p.m. at Charles W. Smith and Sons Funeral Home in McKinney, TX, 75069, located at 601 S. Tennessee St. Interment will follow in Pecan Grove Cemetery, 1701 McDonald in McKinney.
Pallbearers will be Reid Sanders, Paul Sanders, Zach Davis, Brett Davis, Beto Campa, David Turner.
