Age 87, passed from this life August 28, 2011 in Dallas, Texas. She was born December 2, 1923 in Blue Ridge, Texas to parents, Leon and Virgie Howard Tillett.
Gladys worked as a machinist in aviation manufacturing. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Sachse, Texas.
Gladys is survived by her daughter, Deborah Hughes, son, Ronnie Henager, grandchildren; Stacy Daniels, Lorie Taylor, Ronnie Henager, Jr., Michael Henager, Tammie Wallthall, Cory Brammlett, Sarah Hughes and Jason Hughes, Seven great-grandchildren, sisters; Billie James, Alma Bodie and Edith Smith.
She is preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Peggy Henager , sister, Artema Henager, brothers; Raymond, Ed, and Burnis Tillett.
VISITATION will be 6 - 8 P.M. Wednesday August 31, 2011 at Charles W Smith and Sons, Sachse Chapel.
FUNERAL SERVICE will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday September 1, 2011 at the Sachse Chapel with interment to follow at Sachse Cemetery.
