Gerald Cline Scalf, of McKinney, Texas, passed away in McKinney on October 22, 2017. Gerald was born in McKinney on May 12, 1955 to Eugene and Helen (Sartin) Scalf.Geraldgraduated high school, and thenhe made a living as afurniture builder in a factory.Gerald is survived by his son, David Scalf, of Sanger, Texas; a brother, Durwood (Gayla) Scalf; his mother, Helen Herod of McKinney; and also many cousins, nieces, andnephews.Gerald was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Scalf, and a brother, Dudley Richard Scalf.
