George Thomas Herring

GEORGE “JACK” THOMAS HERRING born November 27, 1924 and died August 5, 2017. George is preceded in death by his parents, J.C. and Bama Herring, son David Herring, his beloved wife of 70 years, Florence Herring, and too many family members and friends to mention, although they were always kept close in his heart.George is survived by his children, son George Herring, Jr., his wife, Lori, and daughter Jessica. By his daughter Susan Teeter, her husband Aubrey, their daughters – Marie Troute-Stevenson and her husband Philip, Julia Troute, Mykaela Blades and her husband Matthew and their children Joel, Kindle, Titus and Matthew. By his sisters Jeannie Davis, and Lou Mauro and his many nieces, nephews and their families.Visitation will be Wednesday, August 9, 2017 from noon to 2pm and immediately followed by the funeral at 2pm, at Eastgate Funeral Home, 1910 Eastgate Drive, Garland, TX, 75041.
