Geneva Carol Tate

Geneva Carol Tate, 64, of McKinney, Texas, passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2013. Carol was born on August 24, 1948 to her parents, Grover and Bertha Wilson. She served in the United States Air Force during the Viet Nam era in 1966-1967. She is survived by her children, Rusty (Jennifer) Tate, and Nichole Stone; grandchildren Heather Tate, Emily Tate, Joseph Stone, Breanna Stone, Payton Ewing, Jessy Duchesne and Lillian Clemons; siblings Chuck Wilson, Cindy (Richard) Walker, Sarah Wilson, Lou Ann Light, Michael Wilson, Rod Wilson, and Walter Wilson and Johnnie Erwin. Carol was preceded in death by her parents Grover Wilson and Bertha Ramsey Wilson and her siblings Bob Wilson, Rod Wilson and Walter Wilson. A memorial service to celebrate Carol's life will take place on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 601 S Tennessee Street McKinney, Texas 75069.
