Gail was born August 15, 1939 in Dallas, Texas and passed away March 2, 2018 at her home in Quitman, Texas.She is survived by her son Darren Harvey, Kevin Cozzo, Collin Cozzo, her sister Rene Parton of Kentucky, four (4) grandchildren, and two (2) great-grandchildren.There will be a graveside service at the Oakland Cemetery in Dallas, Texas at a later date.
