Faye Bowman

Altha Faye Shguit Bowman was born on August 8, 1926 in Ferris TX to Louis Shguit and Susie Ally. Her family soon moved to Dallas TX. Faye attended Lamar School in Dallas.
She was later employed at the Burton Dixon Corporation. She worked there for 15 years until the company moved out of state. Afterwards, she worked at various assembly type jobs.
In 1977, she married William M. Bowman who she affectionately called Ciggy. She moved to Princeton, TX to make a home with her husband.
She enjoyed gardening and loved all types of flowers and plants. She loved to work on puzzles and would spend weeks putting them together.
She was a lady who loved animals. She always made sure to buy extra cat and dog food to feed the strays who usually ended up at her house.
Her passion was her God. She loved The Lord. She never questioned Him. Her faith was amazing. She truly lived a Christian life everyday. She led many to Christ.
She was loved and will be missed so much. It is hard to think of life without Aunt Faye.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Ciggy and her parents, two sisters and four brothers. Also, two nephews.
She is survived by her nephews Jimmy Shguit and wife Lillie of Seagoville, TX. Larry Shguit and wife Callie of Longview, TX, Niece Linda Schauer and husband Richard of Caddo Mills, TX Sister in law Ellen Bowman and husband James of Greenville, TX
She is also survived by her great grand nieces: She called them her sweeties. They are: Terri Pace, Victoria Pace, Melanie Schauer and Brianna Pace.
