She was preceded in death by her daughter in-law, Susan Sandlin; her mother, Faye Miller; her father, Irving Miller; her brother, Sam Miller; and her sister, Mary Lou Springfield.
Fay is survived by her husband of sixty-five years, Herb Sandlin; three sons, Mike Sandlin and his wife, Tam, Rick Sandlin and his wife, Pam, and Bryan Sandlin and his wife, Melissa; nine grandchildren, Natalie Hill and her husband, Stephen, Neil Sandlin and his wife, Jessica, Julie West and her husband, Adam, Caleb Sandlin and his wife, Amanda, Cole Sandlin and his wife, Cayla, Kyle Sandlin, Blake Sandlin, Meredith Sabrsula, and Emily Sabrsula; eight great-grandchildren, Caden Sandlin, Bella West, Andee Sandlin, Ellie Hill, Drew West, Jackson Hill, Levi West, and Eden Sandlin; brother, Bill Miller; and two sisters, Marie Horn and Esther Burris.
Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Thursday, March 22, 2012 at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 2925 5th Street, Sachse, Texas 75048.
Service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, March 23, 2012 at First Baptist Church Sachse, 2412 3rd Street, Sachse, Texas 75048. Reverend Neil Sandlin officiating. Interment will follow in Sachse Cemetery, Sachse, Texas.
