Elmer Michael Resko

Elmer Michael Resko, age 84, of Richardson, Texas, passed away December 16, 2014 in Richardson, Texas. He was born April 15, 1930 in Carteret, New Jersey to Stephen and Margaret Baranko Resko.

After decades of employment at Foster Wheeler Energy Corporation, Elmer continued to serve his community at the Network of Community Ministries. Here, he volunteered for thousands of hours and touched the lives of all. A deeply religious man, he was a founding member of Saint Joseph Catholic Church. In addition, he was a long-time member of the Knights of Columbus, church choir, and many other charitable organizations. By setting a Godly example for his community, he inspired all to better the world around them.

Elmer was preceded in death by his wife, Stella Resko; parents, Steven and Margaret Resko; and brother, Steven Resko.

He is survived by his daughter, Amy Rice and her husband, Bill, and their children, Will, Stephanie and Shane; his brother, Louis Resko; his sister, Margaret Skope; and other family members.
