Duane Elwin Rosengartner

Duane E. Rosengartner, our beloved uncle, passed away on February 18, 2021 in Greenville, Texas. He was a resident of Emory Texas and loved living at the lake.
He was born January 5, 1945 in Sioux City, Iowa to Donald L. and Helen J. (Arnold) Rosengartner. Duane Rosengartner attended high school at South Sioux City High School class of 1963.
Duane worked after High School at Arnold and Morgan Music Company in Garland Texas. After moving to Los Angeles, he worked at Delta Airlines until retiring in 2002. Enjoying partial retirement, he worked at Sam's club in Garland, Texas.
During his employment with Delta, Duane traveled extensively to Finland, Netherlands, Africa and Russia. His hobby was researching Family Genealogy and found family in Slovenia that he planned to visit prior to global pandemic and his passing.
Duane is survived by his nieces Debra (James) West of Princeton and Robin (Kenneth) Tucker of Caddo Mills and his nephews Rodney Rosengartner of Huntsville, Duane (Kris) Rosengartner of Denton. Great Nieces and great nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents Donald and Helen Rosengartner and one brother Jerry Rosengartner.
