Dorothy "Ann" Walthall, 80, passed away April 28, 2015, at Lewisville Estates, in Lewisville, Texas.
Ann was born July 3, 1934, in Dallas to A.O. and Susan Nicholson, the 2nd of 3 children. She attended school in the Highland Park Area until her marriage on August 17, 1953, to Ruel Erwin Walthall. They had one son, Larry Mitchell Walthall, on September 29, 1957.

Survivors include her son, Mitch Walthall, and his wife, Donna, of The Colony; sister, Dale Black of Houston, 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

The family would also like to thank the entire staff at Lewisville Estates for their unwavering care, during Ann's entire 4 year stay; also, Novus Hospice and their devoted care during Ann's final days.

The Memorial Service is on Saturday, May 9, 2015, at 11:30am at Calvary Christian Center, 5220 Blair Oaks, The Colony, TX, with Pastor Jim Hardwick officiating. Immediately after the service, there will be a reception in the reception hall at Calvary Christian Center.
