Donald Berry Middlebrooks passed away May 24, 2013 in Princeton, TX. Mr. Middlebrooks was born August 31, 1950 in Hope, Arkansas to Arnold and Mildred Middlebrooks. Donald joined the Navy when he was a freshman in college in 1968. Don was trained in the Navy as an electrician and this profession served him well during his working career until he suffered a stroke 10 years.
Don was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Mildred Middlebrooks, and one stepson, Richard Pugh.
Survivors include his wife, Vivian Lois Middlebrooks of Dallas, TX, three stepsons, David Austin of Ponder, TX, Tim Austin of Valley Center, CA, and Larry Austin of Denton, TX, one stepdaughter, Sheri Austin of Dallas, TX, two sisters, Frances Middlebrooks Kirby of Princeton, TX and Freida Middlebrooks Gage of Texarkana, four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Services entrusted to Charles W. Smith Funeral Home, McKinney, TX.
